Where this idea came from: It always bugs me that in our world, cheating at cards—especially against the big casinos—is considered highly illegal. In fact, they can toss you out for even 'counting cards' a strategy that is considered cheating, but only involves remembering what has been played and what hasn't. So, I thought "What if there were a game where people were encouraged to cheat?" The idea being that if you're smart enough to out-think the casino, you deserve to win.
