Brandon has a limited number of MISTBORN: THE FINAL EMPIRE he purchased directly from Tor before the hardcover was discontinued. He sells them at a discount to his readers, as a lot of people have asked him how they can get signed hardcovers. These sell in the store at $28, but we have them for $25. Buy now with the button directly below, but please read on below for an explanation of the cost, the quality of the books, and shipping information. In the signing instructions blank just below, please write the name to whom the book should be signed, or write "Signature Only," along with any other special instructions.
QUALITY AND PRINTING
These are EXCELLENT quality, fresh and completely new. None have remainder marks on them. For more information on book quality, please see our guide.
Mistborn One is getting very hard to find in hardcover. It is unlikely (though it is possible) that Brandon will get any more copies in the future—and even if he does, they will probably be Canadian remainders and only GOOD quality.
We cannot guarantee that you will get a first printing in this order. There are some, but not many, in his pile. You may request one in the Signing Instructions section.
PRICE
The books are $25 each, a discount off the cover price of $27.95. You can pay via PayPal using a credit card or a PayPal account.
PERSONALIZATION
Please indicate in the 'Signing Instructions' section on the PayPal form if you would like the book personalized. Please indicate the name you would like Brandon to inscribe in the book! If you don't say, he will sign it to the person who bought the book.
Feel free to indicate anything else you'd like him to write. (Such as Happy Birthday, Merry Christmas 2008, I hope a koloss eats you, that kind of thing. SHIPPING INFORMATION
We ship books USPS media mail in the US; we use First-Class Mail International to all other countries. We use bubble mailers, with the book wrapped in bubble wrap separately, for sending the books. For more details, please check our Packaging and Shipping page. IMPORTANT NOTE: The last day to order signed books to guarantee arrival by December 24th is December 7th (December 12th if you upgrade to Priority shipping; contact Brandon's assistant Becky for details). Also, Brandon is currently on tour until November 22nd, so he won't be back to sign any books before then.
Charges for basic shipping and handling are as follows:
US: $3.50 (Plus $25 for the book)
Canada: $10 (Plus $25 for the book)
All other countries: $15 (Plus $25 for the book)
NOTE: If you're using your PayPal account, please check to make sure your address is updated. We've had a few surprises where people have ordered books and forgotten that PayPal has an outdated address for them. It automatically entered this as the place to ship the book, and the books came back returned.
