We are in the process of reviewing applications for two Customer Service Assistants at our warehouse in Pleasant Grove, Utah. We are considering local candidates only.


  • Addressing concerns and questions about Dragonsteel Books, Kickstarters, and Events via our ticketing system
  • Responding to fan mail submissions
  • Responding to questions and comments via our social media channels
  • Helping with order fulfillment as needed

Skills & Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required
  • Previous customer service experience is required
  • Availability to work 30 – 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, between 8am – 5pm is required
  • Has intermediate computer skills and is comfortable with navigating web-based software applications, email, and instant messaging
  • Able to write clearly and professionally
  • Listens effectively and is a problem solver
  • Can type a minimum of 50 WPM
  • Has strong interpersonal skills: professional, courteous, empathetic, level-headed, dependable, trustworthy, and capable of accepting constructive feedback
  • Demonstrates a strong work ethic focused on commitment, great attention to detail, quality of work, and a desire to learn
  • Can work well in a team environment
