We are in the process of reviewing applications for two Customer Service Assistants at our warehouse in Pleasant Grove, Utah. We are considering local candidates only.
Responsibilities
- Addressing concerns and questions about Dragonsteel Books, Kickstarters, and Events via our ticketing system
- Responding to fan mail submissions
- Responding to questions and comments via our social media channels
- Helping with order fulfillment as needed
Skills & Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required
- Previous customer service experience is required
- Availability to work 30 – 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, between 8am – 5pm is required
- Has intermediate computer skills and is comfortable with navigating web-based software applications, email, and instant messaging
- Able to write clearly and professionally
- Listens effectively and is a problem solver
- Can type a minimum of 50 WPM
- Has strong interpersonal skills: professional, courteous, empathetic, level-headed, dependable, trustworthy, and capable of accepting constructive feedback
- Demonstrates a strong work ethic focused on commitment, great attention to detail, quality of work, and a desire to learn
- Can work well in a team environment
