The hardcover for ELANTRIS is getting very difficult to find, but you can buy signed, personalized copies right here using paypal. They accept credit cards, other paypal accounts, and you can even send them a personal check.
NOTE: These hardcovers are not quite as pristine as the MISTBORN ones Brandon is selling. These aren't remainders (meaning they don't have remainder marks) but many of them have been shipped back and forth to bookstores and have sat on shelves. They aren't by any means in bad condition, and are far better than a used copy, but some of them are just a little scuffed up on the sides or the corners. Brandon pulls out the worst ones and doesn't send them, but he felt we should include this warning.
If you would like the book personalized, please write the name of the person you want it inscribed to in the SIGNING INSTRUCTIONS section. Feel free to indicate anything else you'd like Brandon to write. (Such as Happy Birthday, Merry Christmas 2008, My Pants are On Fire, that kind of thing. If you don't indicate any special instructions, he'll write whatever comes to mind.) If you don't want an inscription, please write SIGNATURE ONLY in the SIGNING INSTRUCTIONS section, so that he knows not to write anything else. (Note: the Signing Instructions section can be a bit tough to find on the form. We haven't been able to make it any bigger, so keep an eye out for it.)
We want to make this clear. If you don't write anything in the SIGNING INSTRUCTIONS section, Brandon will personalize the book to you! If you are a collector, or are giving the book to someone else, please make sure to indicate so in this section! You can also indicate if you want a first printing here, and Brandon will try to find you one. (No guarantees, but chances are good.)
These copies cost Brandon a lot more than the MISTBORN ones (which he was able to buy from Tor directly) so even though the cover price is lower, we sell them for the same price: $25. (Which was the original cover price.)
We ship books USPS media mail (which can take a couple of weeks) in the US; we use First-Class Mail International (which is the cheapest via USPS) to all other countries. We ship the books in bubble mailers, and these seem to work just fine in most cases. Charges for basic shipping and handling are as follows:
US: $3.50 (Plus $25 for the book)
Canada: $10 (Plus $25 for the book)
All other countries: $15 (Plus $25 for the book)
